About this event

This is a free event designed for members of the public clinical mental health workforce in Victoria, (staff employed at Area Mental Health Services, Forensicare or mental health staff from RCH). For example, a social worker working in mental health at Austin Health. Staff from MHCSSs, ACCHOs, AOD or other partner organisations may also attend. Please note, if you do register for this event and it is not clear you are part of the intended audience, your registration will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event start date, or earlier.

NDIS has been with us in Victoria from 2017 and we are all still learning.

The introduction of NDIS has been a significant and challenging change for consumers and families who access the public mental system. It has also been a huge change for clinicians who regularly support access and planning.

This webinar series will provide clinicians with up to date and advanced NDIS information as well as an opportunity to hear a panel discussion on each topic including Consumers/Mental Health Clinicians/NDIS Program Leads and External Subject Matter Experts.

The third webinar in the series will focus on Great NDIS Plan Implementation.

At the end of this Webinar there will be an opportunity to ask a panel your questions.

Facilitators:

The series is brought to you by the Statewide Mental Health NDIS Community of Practice - it will be co-ordinated and presented by a team of NDIS Program Leads:

Bronwyn Williams (Eastern Health), Tomy Thomas (Austin Health) Tania Nicholls & Rachael Starbuck (St Vincent's Health), Angela Mazur & Jodie Swan (NWMH).
